Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • If you wish to cancel your booked day trip, the following refund policy applies:
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled day trip date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made more than between 7 to 30 days prior to the scheduled day trip date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled day trip date are non-refundable

Cancellation by the Platform:

  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a day trip due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip.

No-shows or Late Arrivals:

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late arrivals after the day trip has commenced.

Trip Interruptions or Modifications:

  • In the event of a trip interruption or modification due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns), we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or partial refunds, as appropriate.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.
